Capita at COP28

We cannot underestimate the impact of climate change on children’s health and well-being, especially in the early years (0-8). Ensuring child-centered action on climate change will create cleaner air and water, more green space and shade, healthier buildings, communities better prepared for extreme weather events, and much more: all benefits that ripple out far beyond the individual child and family.

This year we are at COP28 in Dubai, where we will co-host a series of discussions in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority at the Greening Education Hub in the Green Zone. This is a critical moment and space to position the early years as central to achieving sustainability globally.
